ちょっと切羽詰まった感じで使うこともよくあります。
道を聞かれたときも使えるんですよ。

B: Sure! It's just around the corner. (角を曲がってすぐです）
なかなか便利な表現だと思いませんか？イメージしながら使うと、覚えやすいですよね。
